Develop an organisational strategy

Action

We designed and facilitated a two-day face-to-face workshop in Paris to develop the organisation’s over-arching strategy roadmap. The workshop was translated into Arabic while Pentatonic was presenting.

Following the workshop, Pentatonic coached stakeholders to develop detailed budgets and implementation plans. A series of online workshops were conducted to finalise the strategy and agree the fundraising approach to be adopted.

Results

The clarity with which the organisation was able to explain its strategic thinking enabled SCM to secure a significant institutional grant.
